Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will give you full authority over your mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can create a new email mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. Also, you can forward mails from one e-mailbox to another, create mail filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your mail accounts against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email boxes against spam electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and select the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just specify the email box account you want to forward e-mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your liking to access your mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
